I found a great gun board full of helpful people called The High Road. There are a lot of females on it who carry, so I'm getting some good advice on that aspect and a lot of good general advice from both sexes.
In particular, there's a thread running called Feminine Protection with excellent holster/outfit information from Pax, and one called For Persnickety and Other Ladies discussing attitude.
Plus a bunch of other threads on other gun-related subjects. If you're looking for info, I recommend it highly.
