Simple Sail

mmm - if you kayak, take a gander at a simple sail rig.

No measurements listed, but maybe it doesn't matter too much. I don't know what a 'timber rod' is, I searched but some are 2" round, some are curtain rods, some seem to be 2 x 4 . .?

Probably a PVC pipe and a rectangle of sailcloth would work.
